Over the weekend my 1st computer crashed. I have a 2nd computer to which I just transfered over my Outlook Express account to. But my outlook express address book was not transfered. I have a few hundred names/e-mail addresses that I need. Please tell me how to retrieve my address book from my old computer that is no longer working. Keep in mind the computer won't even boot up. If not, then you will probably need professional help, unless you know how to remove your hard drive and add it as a secondary drive to your other computer. Try setting your old hard disk as a slave, put it on the computer and import your address book. If you don't know how to make your old hard drive into a slave, take your computer and the old hard drive and get a professional to do it for you. I use a specific colour for all posts that have anonymous@discussions.microsoft.com in the From field. I use other rules to colour other posts including my own, those over a certain number of lines, those from Microsoft staff and yet another colour for MVP replies. Makes checking the NGs so much easier even if there are the odd errors leading to a post being wrongly coloured or missing its colour.
