A dialup networking application is trying to broadcast to [224.0.0.2.].
What does that mean and is it safe to allow?
It may have to do with netzero.
Any ideas?

The 224.0.0.2 address is a standard address that all routers are required
to respond to.  When your machine connects to the network, it is simply
asking the nearest router to send it's map of known addresses to your
machine.  These requests never go past the next router upstream.  In other
words 224.0.0.2 is not a routable address it will get stopped at the first
router it encounters.
