       C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE /n, /e, c:\

What do "n" and "e" mean?
What other arguments are available?

/n  Opens Explorer in My Computer (single pane) view.

/e  This opens Explorer in Explorer (2 pane) view

Your /e switch is over riding the /n switch

See the file TIPS.TXT which should be in your windows folder for details
of "switches" that can be used with Explorer in shortcuts to customise
Explorer.  See also KB 130510 - "Command-Line Switches for Windows
Explorer" (http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=130510).
