Several times I have gotten a blue screen error as I try to shut down or
restart my ME system, and I have no idea what it means or what to do about
it. This is what it says:
MCSCAN32.VXD Error
Contact: Network Associates Technical Support
Quote: "Stack Exceeded by 256 bytes."
Press any key to continue.

Follow the instructions and contact Network Associates (McAfee) Tech
Support.
It probably just means that you need to add or modify a parameter to a
startup configuration file, but best to check with their tech support
first.
