Several times I have gotten a blue screen error as I try to shut down or
restart my ME system, and I have no idea what it means or what to do about
it. This is what it says:

Follow the instructions and contact Network Associates (McAfee) Tech
Support.

It probably just means that you need to add or modify a parameter to a
startup configuration file, but best to check with their tech support
first.

Good luck
