Hello,
I have Windows ME. Sometimes, when I connect to the internet, when or when
I'm on the internet, I get this error in the "blue screen of death":

An exception OE has occured at 0029:CC-120EA in VXD ---. This was called
from 0028:CDBAEE50 in VXD ---. It may be possible to continue.

It is not possible to continue so I have to unplug and replug in the hard
drive. This error is really annoys me and I really hope that someone can help
me. It would be very much appreciated. If it's relevant, I use AOL.

This may not be of much help, but, OE indicates a 'page fault'.......Windows
either found something in memory that it was not expecting or didn't find
something where it WAS expecting it.  The next time you get the error, hit
ALT-D and you should get the details of the error message.  Post back with
the details.

Help - I have the same problem as the orignal poster.  However - when I get the error and
hit ALT-D, I do not get any details.  Instead, Win ME continues for another 3-5 seconds to
try and load, then just crashes.  Any suggestions??
