You can edit boot.ini to remove the option to boot to Win Me after which,
having booted to XP, you can delete the Windows folder however be careful
about deleting files in the root of C: such as ntldr and ntdetect.com if
this is your boot drive.

Mike,
I could not find the "boot.ini" file anywhere in order to edit it. I have
tried to search my entire harddrive but cannot find boot.ini I only found a
backup copy "boot.ini.backup" Where is this file supposed to be located?

In the root of your boot partition. By default boot.ini is a hidden
system file so you need to enable Explorer to see such files.
