Thanks for the very quick reply.

I've run Norman A/V, (both from boot floppies and removing the problem HD to
a machine running a fully updated Norman Antivirus) no infections found. I
have also run the CWShredder and the Stinger app's with no
problems/infections found.

I believe the original virus/spyware has been removed but it has left this
"right click connect to internet" reference in the registry. Any ideas as to
where in the reg' this may be located?, or am I in error and the dodgy code
is buried elsewhere!

Denis.

PLEASE stick to the original thread  - or at least this one - it makes it
very much easier to see the history (I may be dealing with more than 50
people/problems at once!)

One post you're running Norton - the next it's Norma! - which is it??

Did you run Ad-Aware? - it's focussed on totally different things to an
anti-virus!

HiJackThis would be a useful tool to run after the Ad-Aware scan
