what happen to my <arrows> so, as i continue to scroll down and read list of
questions/answers  posted, i would be able to click the small arrows at the
bottom that point left/right. is this a tech problem?
General i know has many Q's.

Your best option in the long run is to use a proper newsreader, rather than
that half-a$$ed web interface known as the CDO.
that way you have a consistent link, which is available offline, and which
shows a lot more at need than the web interface ever can.
http://support.microsoft.com/support/news/NgProd.asp?D=10 should provide a
background, but seems to be broken at present - I'm trying to find a
replacement for it
