missing dll. & winspool not found!!!!!!!!!

Where did these go? My computer was working fine then BAHM!! I was getting
ready to do thank you notes and checking for a downloaded pic. of spiderman,
when it just went blank and went into sleep mode. Like after it hasn't been
used in awhile. I re-started it and the green light came on but, my moniter
still had a black screen w/ the box that says something? on it that rolls
down the screen. I hope this is understandable! The way I am explaining it.
Then; it wouldn't do nothing!! I did all kinds of things just to get it
back up and showing my desk top. Now, it tells me a needed dll. file is
missing and a winspool.
How do I get these back????/
PLEASE HELP!!! My husband is going to have a cow if I don't get this fixed!
i didn't tell him it went crazy on me. He thinks every time it does something
weird it's because our daughter plays games online. Any Way!! PLEASE HELP!!

Please provide the complete *verbatim* text of the error messages that
you are getting.

There are tens of thousands (at least) of different possible error
messages that can be produced by Windows and in some instances it can
be the presence or the absence of a single word in the text of the
error message that is the critical clue as to the underlying cause of
the problem(s).
