Hi, On my friends pc their sound has suddenly stopped working, and they have noticed that the sound icon is missing in the syst tray. The speakers are on and connected. I had this problem last year but I have xp and have forgotten what i d/led to fix it. Can some one kindly supply me with some sort of fix for this please? I will pass it onto them. But maybe thats is because I have XP and not ME.
