Restore: 'start.htm' has a script error
Hi, I cannot run Restore: I receive a message indicating that 'line 21'
in 'start.htm' has a script error. However I find no 'start.htm' file
in my computer. How can I fix this problem? Thanks, DavOat1

This error is normally an indication that the state manager's
configuration files are damaged.

From a command prompt such as Start | Run, enter the following:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Restore\rstrui.exe  /makefirstrestorepoint
This should hopefully fix the error and kick start System Restore.

See MS KB 296090 - "Error Message When You Start System Restore: An Error
Occurred in the Script on This Page"
(http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=296090) for details of how to fix this
problem.
