Can not see Other drives !!!?

hi all

my brother did a very rare thing as he tried to install an OLD version of
Norton Anti virus..

anyway he ended by a problem... ha can see the other drives of the HDD..
ONLY can see the C:\ drive ..

in safe mode only he can see them,

Help plz to resolve this problem

First thing to do is UNINSTALL NORTON _ AT (almost) ALL COSTS!!!
It is NOT compatible with Windows ME.
