Once in a while I'd like to stack several clippings from selected texts to
form one continuous message.  Is it possible so that successive "copy to
clipboard" commands do not delete what's already there?

I'm sure there must be an easier way, but, you could display the existing
contents, add to it and save to clipboard again.  Not aware of a way to
directly 'save' without deleting what's there.

Office has a multiple clipboard, I think up to 8 or 10 saves, and one can
pick from them. In Windoze proper, no such luck.

Mike, not quite so sophisticated as the Office version, but WinMe does have
Clipboard Viewer (if installed) in the System Tools folder. Lets you save
clips and re-use them indefinitely.

Thanks, forgot about it...I never install it from the OEM CD's, nobody
seems to need it. Sort of like the character map. Live and learn.

Never needed it myself, until one day ...  So it's there, permanently <g>

I haven't migrated to open office yet, so the old O2K does most of my work.
I hope open office has a similar feature.

Indeed Mike, I would appreciate an 'off-topic' synopsis on these pages - if
permitted.
