I have the Downloader.Trojan virus in the file
windows/loader.exe.

Can anyone tell me what the loader.exe file is?  I'm
supposed to delete it and reinstall it if I need it, but I
don't even know what or where it is.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

That is probably the loader for iedll.exe which is the Trojan.  That would mean
that you do not need or want it.  If you can not currently locate the file in
your Windows folder then perhaps it has already been quarantined.
