I am getting two error windows to pop up while on the
internet.
1. WINSERV.EXE - Winserv has caused an error in WINSERV.EXE
Winserv will now close
2.  Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library - Runtime Error.
Program C;\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET EXPLORER\IEXPLORE.  This
application has requested the Runtime to terminate.

I need assistance in resolving these irritating errors
that keep interrupting my internet sessions while in
Internet Explorer

Fix the first and the second may not appear.
One possibility:

Another, though this is normally winservS or winservN
