"windows cannot find "program path".. make sure you typed in the name...

ok I've been getting this message everytime I attempt to
open a program.. even internet explorer. I had to open a
folder and type in the web address to get onto the net.
Anyone please help me!. I'm running WME OS. help

Assuming you do not have a virus?? and you did not do anything (that you can
remember) that would have caused this, your first step is to run System
Restore and to try to roll back a day or two, to before the problem started.
With a bit of luck, that should get your paths back to normal.
