Well, after dealing with the "loading" problem where WMC continually loads
the media upon reboot, I have a new problem. The nice thing about the loading
problem is that you can uninstall/reinstall to fix it. This problem has no
fix. I have certain artists that show up in the listing, but when I go to
load them, I get "Data not found". If I push play on the Artists name, the
first song starts to play, but then my DSM-320 re-searches for a media
server. Very frustrating.

I am hoping the next release will fix problems like this, so I can continue
to use this product. Microsoft is neck and neck with all other Media servers
out there, but I would expect them to pull ahead very soon.

Hello, can anyone from Microsoft help here? Is there something not getting
uninstalled? Why does this loading problem occur?

I am willing to work with someone to get this fixed.

Ok, it is not that I am upset at the performance of this FREE server, I am
just saying that I am willing to share my problems with Microsoft if need be,
cause after reading many posts, they are not unique.

Another annoying problem is that Albums get listed once for each song on the
album.

Finally, I would expect that the music server would support all IDV3.X
headers?
