Zen Micro won't sync

Hi,
I have a Creative Zen Micro player with the new Plays for Sure firmware that
supports MTP and I'm using WMP 10 to sync music files. Most of the tracks
get synchronized w/out problems but a few tracks don't. These are NOT copy
protected nor are they different from the others in any way: same format and
same bitrate. Copying and pasting these tracks onto the player (from
Portable Media Devices in Control Panel) works, synchronizing in WMP 10 is
what causes the problem. The progress bar fills up to 100% when
synchronizing such tracks in WMP 10 and the whole thing hangs for about two
minutes including the player itself. Then the error message i get says: "The
I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an
application request." WTH is going on? I would much appreciate your help.
Thanks.

Tried reinstalling the drivers?

A friend of mine was getting weird issues happening, all I did was tell
Windows to auto-find newer drivers and it just seemingly installed the same
ones but the problem went.  Right click the Zen Micro in Device Manger and
click Update Drivers, that's all it took.
