I am using Dazzle Video Capture 150 on my eMachine T5026 to record VHS tapes.
Everything worked fine until I installed a new Radeon 9250 graphics card. Now
Pinnacle Systems Studio 9.3 won't recognize my VCR. I get "Capture Device
Initialization Error." Has anyone had any experience with any of these
products, especially the Radeon 9250 card. I'm stumped!

Yes - I've had the same problem with my AIW 9600 Pro - used both the ATI
version of pinnacle and upgrade to Plus v 9.3. Can't get any of the WDM
drivers to initilaize (device code 10) I've tried every possible combination
of re-installation to no avail - including re-installing Windows. ATI says
its a Windows problem and all the windows sites say to see the device
manufacturer. The correct device drivers will not load - I think Microsoft
may have jumped the gun with their "Driver Protection" Looking at message
boards everywhere there seems to be a lot of problems of this sort - the SP2
launch was a little premature I think when they can't get together with the
number one video processor manufacturer for a solution. Now that I got that
off my chest - can someone PLEASE help me!

You are actually in the wrong spot to get help with graphics cards and
video capture. The Windows Media Devices newsgroup is intended to provide
support for devices that play back windows media content. Specifically
portable media players, and network media players. Think of this as the
"PlaysForSure Devices Newsgroup" (See http://www.playsforsure.com)
Issues on CD burners, audio cards, and graphics adapters would probably get
better responses on a newsgroup that focuses on those issues.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Thank you so much - it's kind of easy to get lost in here.
