When i want to download music i connect my ipod to the computer but it only
charges my ipod and does not let me do anything else,so how do i put music in
my ipod now, Im clueless when it comes to this.

Have you tried getting onto Apple support? Most of us here are experts on
Windows Media, rather then Apple's format and software.

Did you ever get this resolved? If so can you tell me how. I have just
bought an ipod and am having the same problem (July 05)
