hello,

i am working on developing WMA Encoder 9.0.i got the reference code from
microsoft but there was no project which is  built in it .i have included all
the files required for encoder and finally built the project. But the problem
here is the program flow is only thru 2 files arithcoder_c.c and
arithencoder_c.c .
There is no code to open the input file to be encoded nor its going thru
other functions like FFT and all which are required for encoding.
plz can anybody help me.

Thanks & best regards

I don't do any work with the encoder, so I'm REALLY not the person to ask.
You might try posting the question on the
microsoft.public.windowsmedia.encoder or
microsoft.public.windowsmedia.encoder.optimizations newgroup.  I think
you're more likely to get help there.  This newsgroup focuses on Windows
Media Devices which are things like WMA players, Portable Media Center, and
Windows Media Connect devices.

Sorry I couldn't be more help,
