The answer is YES with one reservation. WMA Lossless has a very high
bitrate and you probably don't want to stream Lossless WMA wirelessly
while using XBox Live for gaming. You'll want to reserve some bandwith
for the actual gameplay.
So, if you are all about WMA Lossless, then you'll want to go wired or
have a "lossy" set of files for streaming to the X-Box.

Thanks, that is awesome news. Can't wait to get rid of my barely functional
D-link media lounge. Thanks again.

Alan-
Does this imply that WMC will be transcoding WMAL to PCM for the xbox? Are
you at liberty to say?

XBox does native transcoding of WMAL.

Alan,
Can you say when v2 will be available?
How about the ordering of the music? Would really like to see
artist/album/track.
TIA,
Scott

OK, sorry, I should've read further down before posting. I saw the beta
tester request post and submitted.
