On this link is a video of Jason Flaks using the Gateway Connected DVD with
Windows Media Connect.  I have tried and tried, but cannot get Windows Media
Connect to see my Gateway ADC-320.  I have tried different versions of the
firmware for the DVD player, have tried disabling the firewall, and many
other things.  Has anybody had success with this?  Any tricks to get this to
work?

We were working with gateway before WMC v1 shipped.  The demonstartion was
done with non-released firmware.  There is no released firmware for the
gateway device that works with any version of WMC.

Is there a way to get a copy of the non-released firmware?  I would really
like to use Media Connect to stream my media.

You'll have to contact Gateway.  There is no way we can legally release the
firmare.  Frankly, I'd be very very surprised if we even have it anymore,
except perhaps on the few Gateway DVD players that are floating around in
the test lab.
