I am receiving error code 8007001E.  I am using Windows Media Player 9 series with XP Professional operating system.  The error occurs when I try to listen to and / or copy from store purchased cd.  The cd has 20 tracks.  Two were succesfully copied.  The rest received the message "The system cannot read from the specified device."  After I clicked web help it told me the error was 8007001E. I have aslo received the same problem with other cd

I used a different player (Winamp) and none of the cds have any problems

Any help would be appreciated

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?  I had the same problem a couple years ago with an older version of WMP and now unfortunately I'm having it again, can't remember how I fixed it last time.
