I am attempting to launch a radio station and get this error code.  What does it mean and how can I fix it?

I'm also getting this message. "You've encountered error message C00D11B3 while using Windows Media Player".  I am running Internet Explorer vers 6.0.2800.1106.  I'm trying to load this site : http://www.96fm.com.au/flashsite.htm but it also happens with other sites.
