Error C00D10B3 or C00D10B5 means that Windows Media Player isn't "seeing"
your internet connection.  It doesn't mean you are not connected, rather it
is just not being told you are not connected.  This can be caused by two
things most of the time...

(1) A firewall blocking the traffic or (2) A configuration problem within
WMP.
