Prevent WMP to open playback window

Hi, (WMP9)

on the left, the media library is selected. In the background, a playlist
(videos) plays. Each time a new video starts, WMP switches to the playback
window, but I'm currently working in the media library. How can I stop this?

Right click on the file and select "Queue in Up" <- That will add it (but
not start to play it) to the current playlist.

As written above, the file is already in the playlist and the playlist is
playing. During this, I'm temporarily (or longer (that's up to me)) working
in the media library. When the next video in the playlist starts, WMP
automatically brings the video window to the front, so I have to switch back
to the media library because I want to keep on working there as long as I
want and don't want to be interrupted by WMP automatically switching from
the media library tab to the playback tab.
