I see many, like me have the same error code C00D0BC2. After reading many msgs here, here was my solution. Open your media player. Then go to Tools then options then on the player tab. On the Automatic updates tick 'download updates automatic'. Clik apply then close your media player and restart it. This was my solution. Hope it works for you.
