Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
Select the Connections tab.
On the Connections page:
If you’re using a modem click on the name of your Internet Service Provider
and then click on Settings.
If you’re using a cable service, such as Comcast, Cox, or RoadRunner, click
on LAN Settings.
Uncheck the box that says Use Proxy Server.

If you have Norton Anti-virus installed on your machine, you will have to
disable the auto-prtect in order for the licenses to be delivered. After
receiving the downloads and licenses you must re-enable the auto-protect
option.
