Error 8004022F/80040240 (Invalid File Format) and
80040265/C00D1059/8004025C/80040241 (The format is not supported) generally
occur when you are trying to play a file that is not support or is no longer
supported within Windows Media Player.  The link below describes what
formats are and are not supported in WMP. -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=316992&product=w98

If you receive the error for a file format that the webpage shows *is*
supported you will what to provide the following information in your reply
so an adequate answer can be given.
--What is the file format? (Ex. AVI, MPG, MP3, WMA, Etc)
--What version of WMP are you using?  Along with your OS.
--Does the file play in mplayer2.exe? (a.k.a WMP 6.4 | Start>>Run>>Type
"mplayer2.exe")
--Does mplayer2 provide any additional errors?
