i tried playing music/videos and i keep getting "an
internal application error has occurred." what does this
mean and what do i need to do. please help me!!!!!!!!

Hey there I made this into a text file.Either one or the other oughta fix
you right up.Worked for me.If you don't trust my text file scan it with your
virus scanner or look for a post by me explaining how to fix it.Good luck!!!
