File name says it is made from DIVX5, but I cannot open it with DIVX5, either.

That's "Error: unsupported stream".  Does the audio at least play or do you
get nuthin' at all?

No. It indicates audio is playing, but no sound out, or some kinds of noice.

Have you installed the DivX codec from www.divx.com?  You need that for the
video.  As for the audio, download GSpot from http://tinyurl.com/328cp.
What audio codec is used in the file?

Yes. I have DIVX, XVID, and 3VIX codecs installed. I also just installed GSpot, but it still does not work, GSpot even can not find compatible audio codec for that file.

Then it's likely the audio stream is not valid.  All you can do at this
point is ask the content creators.
