problems opening broadcasta with windows media player

I have installed windows media player the updated
version.  The website I am wanting to listen to states I
can listen to their broadcasts on the Windows media
player.  However I get this error: 0xC00D1199, Condition
ID = 0x00000000.  How can I rectify this?
