0xC00D116A: Cannot play DVD video

It pops such an error message to me:

Windows Media Player is currently unable to play DVD video. Try decreasing the number of colors displayed on your monitor or decreasing the screen resolution. For additional solutions, click More Information to access the DVD Troubleshooter.

I used this computer to play DVDs without any problem before I format it, but now... I can't play any DVD.

Can anyone kindly tell me what's going on and how can I solve it T_T

PS: I have installed K-Lite Codec Pack 2.26 Full, and I have tried to use WMP 9 and 10 Beta
