no dvd video playback

Hi,

My problem is I have WM 9, Directx 9 & Intervideo but when playing dvd,
there is audio but no picture at all.

Yes, I have tried uninstall Intervideo & re-install same problem exists. Any
suggestions to resolve this problem?

Video drivers?  Do you have your monitor set as the primary?
