Thanks for your reply.
I've tried the address you gave me (thanks) but manually
switching back to digital mode does not fix the problem
and I am no longer able to do a Restore. Could you or any
one tell me what "DVD Region killer" actually is? and
maybe I could try looking up other ways to fix this
problem.

Thanks, Darren

You should know if you have "DVD Region killer" installed or not, did you
continue to read the next Q on that page?  It relates to the same thing and
would provide the solution.

Hi Chris, I read the next Question and tried the "fix" but
to no avail. It did go on to say if the problem was not
solved  you'd have to change the registry values.

Could you possibly tell me the place where this registry
is on my computer?

If it proves to be to technical for me I will not carry
out any such changes and in no way will I blame you for my
errors.

Cheers, Darren

Start>>Run>>Type "regedit" - But if you don't know anything about it then
its not a good thing to do.  Mess up your registry and you can screw your
whole PC over.
