In WMP 10 I cannot move the individual song files simply by clicking and
dragging them where I want them like you could in WMP 9.  The HELP item
states
"Rearrange items in the playlist:
Click the item that you want to move in the Playlist name box, and then
click the Move Up button  or Move Down button  ."
However, I have no "Move Up" or "Move Down" buttons unless I right click on
each track.  This is a pain!  Can anyone help me figure out where these
buttons are suppose to be?
THANKS!

You can edit via drag and drop, by right-clicking on a playlist track
and choosing Edit. A new pane opens up that allows drag-and-drop. I
think it's part of WMP's design philosophy of adding new & inconsistent
file/list editing methods in each version without fixing any of the old
ones.

I tried this and all it does is bring up the ability to change the Title,
Artist, etc. information.  I am still not able to drag and drop.

Sorry: modify that slightly: right-click on the playlist title in the
left-hand pane, and use that "Edit..." command
