Windows Media Player Error

I am getting this error message when i try to play an audio file. This has
only happened when I uninstalled my Creative Zen Touch software.

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with
your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your
computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning
properly."

The error ID message I get is "Error ID = 0xC00D11BA, Condition ID =
0x00000000"
