I'm using XP and Windows Media PLayer 9.

I can't provide the URL. Here's how to get to the web link I experienced
problem with.

Open WMP -> Click Media Guide on left hand side -> Click Radio on menu bar
near top of screen -> Click Soft Rock Radio (has a picture above it) -> Click
The Acoustic Cafe -> Error message ("Windows Media Player encountered an
unknown error.")

Can someone help, please? O.o"

Sorry, sayahsomeya, but I cannot see your reply. Can you post again?

I am trying to play a CD that was sent to me with 3 movies on it. I am using
XP.  When trying to play it, I got an error message #C00D11CD "Windows media
player has encountered an unknown error." I don't know where to look to fix
this problem.  Any suggestions?

They are using some third party software to enable that stream.  See
