Error  C00D002B or "Please verify that the path and filename are correct and
try again" does not mean much at all.  It has been known to occur doing many
different things.  Thus, it's a good idea to provide good context into the
exact issue you are running into.

--What are you trying to do?
--If you are trying to play media where is it located?
--If the files are located on your hard drive, what's the exact path?
--If the files are located on a website, what's the _exact_ link?
--Does it only occur for a specific file type?
--What version of WMP and what OS do you have?
--Does the problem occur in mplayer2.exe?
(Start>>Run>>Type "mplayer2.exe") - No Quotes
