WMP is part of Windows. To delete it, uninstall Windows and install the OS
of your choice.

That will just "rollback" to whatever version was included before. You
can't fully "uninstall" it as was asked. :\ This is covered in the FAQ
under the sections titled "How do I uninstall Windows Media Player 9 Series
or later?" and "How do I remove Windows Media Player from my computer
entirely?"
