I installed version 10 recently.  Big mistake.  Every program I have started
to run slow.  The change was fairly drastic.  I ran a system restore, which
worked for a few days.  My version 9 was working.  Then today, I get thanked
for installing 10 and it wants me to go throught the install process.  I
restored to an even earlier date, but the effect is the same.  I tried
reinstalling version 9, but it says there is a later version on my computer,
which there shouldn't be.  Version 9 worked just fine.  I'd appreciate any
help I can get. I have XP Pro.

> Yeah, me too, big mistake! Jeez, what were they thinking? The only way I found to 86  MP 10 from my hard drive was to first back up all of my liscences to removeable media and then to re-install XP. Yeah, drastic, but just uninstalling MP 10 from the control panel and then reinstalling MP 9 didn't do it. They don't want us to use MP 9 for some reason...
