Error message C00D11CD, not recognizing there's a CD in the tray

Please help.  I try to run my D: drive, but every time I click on it, it says
to put a CD in.  I have tried to put in all kinds of diff. CD's with no
results.  What should I do? Thanks.

Maybe your CD drive is not working - has it ever worked?
