Using XP and when i click on the mp9, it says 'an internal error has occur'.
There is no code to say what type of error. In there Add/Remove, there is no
media player prog. I tried to download again and upon installation, it gives
an error message asking to re-install, any idea what is causing the
problem.Happening even before various scanning and its still the same after
scanning. Any  clue what is causing this  situation, TIA

Will post the exact message when I download and do the installation. At the
end of the installation, it gives a message " it is not possible to complete
setup windows media player was not installed. To update windows, run Window
Media Player 9 series Set up again" Can anyone advice how do we go about
solving the problem, TIA
