I reccomend throwing your iriver directly in the garbage and getting another
brand. All of my experiance with this piece a crap has been horrible, right
down to trying to deal with their customer support. Basically I dont think
these startup MP3 companies test their product out before putting them into
production. In the end you have a piece of junk that has lots of glitches
and leaves you with a headache.

I have nothing but good luck with iRiver support. My problem was it's jut
not supported under WMP anymore. That's Microsoft problem that they never
said anything about. My player is the H120.
