When I click on the 'play link from my radio web page the box comes up reading 'connecting to media' then 'play' with no music. I'm at work so there may be a firewall causing this but I'm not sure. Can anyone help? Your first step is to find out if you are behind a firewall (which is likely) and whether that firewall allows that kind of traffic to pass through.
