File Name Extension

Hi, my problem is when i try to edit the name of a song it comes up and says
" IF YOU CHANGE A FILE NAME EXTENSION, THE FILE MAY BECOME UNUSABLE.

Don't change the file name extension (the last three or four letters after
the period, like ".mpeg".)

Depending on the setting in Windows Explorer, you may not see the file extension ( there is an option under Tools..Foldr
Options..View for hiding 'known' file extensions )
