Class Not Registered???

I hope someone can help me with this. I'm running Win 98 SE and Media Player
Version-7.10.00.3059. I am trying to play some music that I downloaded and I
get a message-CLASS NOT REGISTERED. It only happens with this one piece of
music I want to listen to. Can someone please tell me what it means and how
to fix it so I can listen to this piece of music?

Well, you are not the only one, but for me this is happening for all my media
files even those wich only some hours before I was listening or watching.

Can someone help us ?
