error 8007007E (details of problem included!) please help

Error message ID number - 8007007E

Error message text - The specified module could not be found.

Windows Media Player version - Windows Media Player 10

Windows operating system version - Windows XP, Home Edition, Version 2002,
Service Pack 2

No video files will play with WMP.

Could anyone please help?

I should mention its always worked before and just stopped a few days ago. I
have no idea what would have caused it. Would a corrupt video file have
caused it? also at the same the time error message appears i see in the video
window it says "battery: randomization".
What should I do?
