windows media 10 help please!!!

i dont understand why downloading the windows media 10 update caused this to
happen but i keep getting the this is not the correct version for my o.s. i
have xp i dont get it? can you help?

Maybe go here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.aspx
and retry. Your OS should be detected automatically. kr.
